This stunning looking instrument is adorned with handcrafted marquetry using many different woods to achieve the varied and intricate design. The detailing and workmanship involved is of the highest quality.   The instrument is thought to be from the 1890s and has been fully restored throughout. The manufacture of this design remained much the same into the twentieth century.  The piano retains the original soundboard and bridge.   The top action parts have been replaced with new Renner parts and the hammers are by Abel.
